3. Terms of Sale
Doyle Design has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure product information including price and description have been described as accurately as possible. Please note:
a. Measurements and sizes dimensions shown on the Website are approximate only;
b. We try to display colours of all products accurately. The colours appearance may be affected by your device display settings. This may cause products to show minor appearance differences when received.
c. Products are subject to availability; this may cause us to be unable to fulfil your order. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and where applicable will offer a replacement product that may also suit your needs.
Orders and delivery:
a. Please note that we can only complete an order if all payment and delivery details are provided accurately. We may need to request alternative type of payment where original payment details cannot be processed.
b. Free shipping is applicable to the Republic of Ireland only, for all deliveries outside of this parameter please contact: [email protected] for shipping details and prices. Doyle Design reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we will notify customers of such changes in a timely manner.
c. We aspire to have all products marked as “In stock” delivered to you between 24-48 hours. We aim to have all other products with you in 7 days but occasionally this can take up to 10 days. * Please allow extra days for bank holidays and weekends. Deliveries will not be made on Saturday/ Sunday or Bank Holidays.
d. On receiving please ensure all batch numbers are the same unless you have agreed differently with the supplier.
Collection option is available if requested at the point of purchase.
When collecting your order please ensure you can provide your order confirmation details when requested.
Goods which are not in stock will take 7 -10 days. Notification will be sent by when these items are ready for collection.

Product information and usage
a. Wallpapers: Before hanging please consult and strictly adhere to product label and instructions. Ensure all rolls contain the same batch number. Claims made after paper has already been hung will be deemed invalid.
If you are not completely satisfied you may return the product at your own cost, within 14 days after receipt of your order, undamaged and in the original packaging for a full refund. In the case of a change of opinion, goods may be returned provided that they are in the same condition as stated above together with the sales ticket for a refund subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. When returning goods in any of the above circumstances please send an e-mail to our operations manager at [email protected] Please state your order number, date of receipt, the reason for returning the product and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product. For wallpaper and fabric, in the unfortunate event of a fault please return the product to us with the labels. Please do note that You should check all wallpaper and fabric products for faults before use. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge, but please note that once the paper or fabric has been cut, we will not be in a position to offer a full refund. When returning goods because of a fault firstly state your docket number, date of receipt, details of the fault and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product.
